Bert Archer was born in Montreal. He has written for a huge number of publications as an editor, reviewer and/or columnist, including: Quill & Quire, The Toronto Star, Xtra, The Bloomsbury Review and Toronto’s Fab magazine. He contributes monthly reviews on gay non-fiction to Publishers Weekly and reviews to New York Blade News. He appears widely on television and radio. The End of Gay is his first book.
