From School Library Journal:
Grade 1-3-- Bland texts and hackneyed plots mar this series of holiday books starring Teeny and her three aunts. In Halloween , Teeny doesn't want to take the traditional broom ride, and rides a parade float instead. In Valentine , she saves money to buy a box of candy for her aunts, only to find the store sold out (her aunts have bought them all for her). In Easter , the bunny proves elusive, but Teeny gets her Easter wish anyway. The illustrations are mediocre. James Stevenson's "Emma" books (Greenwillow) are far more spontaneous and entertaining. --Lori A. Janick, Parkwood Elementary School, Pasadena, TX
