About the Author:
Donald Kern has been a licensed psychotherapist for 15 years. He has a fulltime practice in Woodland Hills, and a part time practice in Thousand Oaks, California, and has been a guest on a local t.v. and radio show, lectured on mental illness, and has been published in professional and consumer magazines. His articles can be accessed on his web site and blog. He is not only a clinician specializing in bipolar disorder, but has a 35 year history of the illness as well, with a 25 year recovery.
