About the Author:
Jonathan Haun currently serves as a director within Protiviti's Data and Analytic Group. Over the past several years, he has had the opportunity to help several clients implement solutions using SAP HANA.  He has worked in the field of business intelligence and database administration for more than 15 years. His combination of experience and wealth of technical knowledge make him an ideal source of information pertaining to SAP usinessObjectsBI and SAP HANA.

Chris Hickman is a certified SAP BusinessObjects consultant with Protiviti. His specific areas of expertise include reporting, analysis, dashboard development, and visualization techniques. Chris software development background has enabled him to achieve proven effectiveness in architecting, developing, testing, and supporting both desktop-based and web-based applications for many customer engagements representing various industries. Chris also speaks globally at SAP and ASUG events.

Don Loden is a Director at Protiviti with full lifecycle data warehouse and information governance experience in multiple verticals. He is an SAP Certified Application Associate on SAP BusinessObjects Data Integrator, and he is very active in the SAP community, speaking globally at numerous SAP and ASUG conferences and events. He has more than 14 years of information technology experience in the following areas: ETL architecture, development, and tuning;  data modeling;  data warehouse, data quality and information governance.

Roy Wells is a Director at Protiviti, where he uses his 15 years of experience in system and application architecture to lead clients in the successful implementation of end to end BI solutions. He is particularly interested in delivering innovative visualization solutions and developing customized end user experiences that enable business transformation. He also enjoys mentoring and speaking publicly about BI, software development, and system integration solutions at conferences and venues worldwide.
