Unfortunately he has been ordered to stay off the base. Orders are meant to be followed, but sometimes it is wise to disobey when there is a good reason.

About the Author:

Don Patterson - father of 2 children, found it difficult to find something his elementary aged son was interested in reading. On a visit to a local Air Museum, he found his son had a great interest in World War II aircraft. So the basis for the stories in the "Tales of the RAF" series was started. What was started as a way of interesting his son in reading, is now a labor of love in getting more young people to read - even the reluctant ones.
