The portfolio is in very good condition, with soiling and creasing. The plates are in near fine condition. The top right corners of the plates are very gently bumped. "The prints in this folio from KAUAI and the Parklands of Hawaii- have been lithographed in four colors on one-sided Kromekote and lacquered to achieve maximum brilliance and fidelity of color.".
